I love writing ó the act itself, sharing what I write, and seeing it come to life on stage. I write to tell stories, to make people laugh and cry and think. Iíve written more than 50 plays (mostly shorts), which have been on stages from coast to coast as well as Australia and Canada.

My writing is influenced by my feminism, a passion for social justice, experience as a child advocate, teaching, motherhood (twins at 38!), being Jewish, and a wonderful circle of family, friends, and writers in my life.

Please explore my site and learn more about me and my work. I have 10-Minute Plays as well as Monologues & One-Acts and award-winning Full-Length Plays. You'll discover comedies, dramas, and also plays inspired by history. Invite me to design a workshop for your group, order a script for review or performance, or contact me for any reason.
